‘Family Two’ models are designed with most of the rocker curve in in the middle of the board, less rocker in the tail and nose. This rocker design allows forward drive and speed to be generated from the nose and tail areas of the board. Because of the flatter nose curve, ‘Family Two’ models paddle and catch waves easy in all surf conditions and quality. Most of the release on and above the lip comes from the middle of the board, allowing the nose and tail to free from the lip easily. Each ‘Family Two’ board has it’s own characteristics and purpose.
